We are in the process of implementing new production software and systems, as part of our ongoing efforts to improve our customer experience.  The final stage of this implementation is going to result in some downtime in our national manufacturing and dispatch departments, which we are trying to minimize as much as possible.  It is important to us that we keep the disruption to a minimum, however, some levels of disruption and inconvenience are anticipated.

Please make note of the scheduled upgrade dates below, so that you are able to manage your upcoming orders and deliveries.

Thursday 30^th April
No Manufacturing will occur in Victoria
Dispatch will continue as normal from Bayswater VIC , Melrose Park NSW and Acacia Ridge QLD until 12pm

Friday 1^st May
No Manufacturing will occur
No Dispatching will occur

Saturday 2^nd May
No Manufacturing will occur
No Dispatching will occur

Sunday 3^rd May
No Manufacturing will occur
No Dispatching will occur

Monday 4^th May
5.00 am Manufacturing and Dispatching resumed
