Following such a difficult year, we recognise the hardships that many of our friends, families and colleagues have had to endure and that many may be under increasing strains during the Christmas / New Year period.

We also recognise that the Construction Industry can be particularly stressful, especially in 2021 with COVID, the increase in prices and a decrease in the availability of materials. We ask that everyone try to remember that how someone appears on their surface may not be representative of what lies beneath.

It’s important to remember that everyone has a life outside of work. We all have families and friends and no one would like to hear of them receiving abuse or being poorly treated.

With all this in mind, this year in lieu of client Christmas Gifts, we’ve decided to make a donation to our friends at MATES in Construction.

The team at MATES do some truly wonderful work delivering strategic, innovative, evidence-based suicide prevention and mental health programs to the building, mining, energy and construction industries.  

We’re also putting the challenge out to our clients and partners in the building and construction industry as part of our new annual Customer Survey initiative. From now until the 31st of January 2022, for every Valid Survey Entry we receive, we’ll donate an additional $10 to our friends at MATES*. I strongly encourage you to take our 10-minute survey below, give us some valuable feedback AND play your part in raising some money to support
