• Prizes to be sent to winners nominated address. Speedpanel accepts no liability for damage to Prize as a result of transit or incorrectly nominated delivery address.

All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that infringe any third party rights.

• Eligible entrants must submit what is considered a valid panel moment entry, which will be judged by the Speedpanel Promo Judging committee.
  Valid panel moments entries include:
  – Compliantly installed Speedpanel application photos – completed or in construction
  – Installation photos of individuals working with, or using Speedpanel in any way
  – Building site photos in front of Speedpanel product or similar
  – Delivery of Speedpanel to a building site
  – Any photos relating to Speedpanel use and/or application
• All photos must be in line with relevant OHS policies and regulations.
• The competition is open to people aged 18 years and over who submit a valid panel moment entry photo(s) via our online competition portal available at: www.speedpanel.com.au/panelmomentspromo.
• The Speedpanel Judging committee reserves the right to disqualify any competition entry should it fail to meet any of the above eligibility criteria or on any grounds whatsoever.
• Employees of Speedpanel Holdings Pty Ltd, its group companies or anyone else connected to the business is automatically excluded from the competition. This includes immediate family members.

• The competition entry winner selections shall occur at 2pm on Thursday the 6^th of August 2020 at the Speedpanel Systems Pty Ltd Office, located 421 Dorset Road, Bayswater VIC 3153 Australia.
• Competition winners shall be announced via email to all participants and published on our website and Speedpanel LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook page on Thursday the 6th of August 2020.

• By entering this prize draw and submitting your personal information, you agree to receive emails from Speedpanel Holdings Pty Ltd and its group companies on any developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
• By submitting an entry photo, video or any other media referred to as “entry media”, you grant permission to Speedpanel Systems Pty Ltd to utilise entry media in any and all manner and media and all rights of every kind and character whatsoever. You also acknowledge that Speedpanel Systems owns all rights to the results and proceeds of any submitted photos that may be used in future rendered in connection therewith. You agree that participation in the competition may see your entry media edited at Speedpanel Systems sole discretion. You consent Speedpanel Systems Pty Ltd to use of your name, likeness, voice and biographical material about me in connection with entry media publicity and related institutional promotional purposes.
