Terms & Definitions
All cancellations and/or stock return credit and/or refund decisions remain solely at Speedpanel’s discretion.

| Order cancellation | An order that has been cancelled and has not been dispatched from a Speedpanel warehouse |
| Valid return | An order that meets the policy requirements, terms and/or conditions of a return that would be accepted by Speedpanel |
| Invalid return | An order that does not meet the policy requirements, terms and/or conditions of a return that would be accepted by Speedpanel |
| Customer | An organisation or person that receives and pays for a Speedpanel product |
| Product on-site inspection | On on-site, physical inspection of Speedpanel product prior to a return request being processed |
| From site returns form | A Speedhub-based web form that must be completed by a Speedpanel sales staff member prior to any return |

A. Returns & Restocking Policy – Site Returns
Site returns will only be considered a valid return when all requirements and/or conditions (outlined below) are met.
Site Returns – Return requirements/conditions:
- Returns must be physically inspected by Speedpanel Representative and a ‘From site return’ report must be generated prior to processing a return from site. Please contact your representative directly or call +61 3 9115 6666 to lodge this request.
- Clients are to arrange return transport.
- Return requests will only be accepted within 30 days of the original dispatch date.
- All items must be in a resalable condition:
– No damage of any kind
– Protective plastics still on panels
– Loose panels cannot be returned - Custom length panels must be greater than 3m in length.
- Panels must be standard 435/450 kg/m3 density.
- Must be full pack quantities.
- Packs must have original product labelling.
- Only Galvanised or Current Common Colour panels will be accepted. (See the Current Common Colour List here
- Only full bundles of standard length 78 C-track will be accepted as a Speedpanel accessory return.
- All Speedpanel site returns are subject to a $175 administration fee, in addition to the re-stocking fees outlined in section C. Restocking Fees below.
Speedpanel will credit custom made lengths (rounded down) to their nearest stock length. E.g. 3.2m return would be credited to a 3.0m stock length panel. Restocking fees will be charged at the original 3.2m length.
B. Order Cancellations
Cancellations will only be considered a valid return when all requirements and/or conditions (outlined below) are met.
Order Cancellations – Return requirements/conditions:
- Split packs/lose panels orders are not applicable for return and will be charged at full cost.
- Panels shorter than 3m are not applicable for return and will be charged at full cost.
- Only full bundles of standard length 78 C-track will be accepted as a Speedpanel accessory cancellation.
Speedpanel will credit custom made lengths (rounded down) to their nearest stock length. E.g. 3.2m return would be credited to a 3.0m stock length panel. Restocking fees will be charged at the original 3.2m length.
